Take a close look at this photo. The rams were in the west side, but an electric fence kept them from the east side. Notice there are no daisy flowers on the west side where the rams were. None.
Cows won’t touch Ox Eye Daisy, but the sheep obviously think the flowers are pretty special. Grazing cows, sheep, and goats together can really improve your pasture and utilize the forage you have whether you call the forage ‘weeds’ or grass.
